What is your favorite meal to cook for yourself?
I love cooking a veggie bowl with roasted cauliflower, sweet potatoes, sauteed greens, lentils, and grilled halloumi with a creamy garlic dressing.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping and seeing my clients so happy! Knowing that My Sweet Beet has an integral part of there food experience. I never thought that I could have such an impact on families with healthy food.
If you could invite any person living or not, over for dinner, who would they be and why?
I would invite my family over for dinner. There is nothing like enjoying each other’s company over a great meal and glass of wine!

What is your favorite meal to cook for yourself?
I love experimenting with my sourdough culture to make fresh breads and other naturally leavened treats for myself, family and friends to enjoy. It is such a meditative process from start to finish, using only a few simple ingredients and a lot of hands on time and technique to create such wholesome and unique treats; truly a labour of love.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being a personal chef because it allows me to get to know my clients! It’s so nice to chat and build relationships with the lovely families that I cook for, supporting them through their week and bringing enjoyment through delicious food served with ease.
If you could invite any person living or not, over for dinner, who would they be and why?
I would invite my grandmother and great-grandmother. Although they both passed when I was young, these women and their stories strongly influenced my passion for food and feeding others.
